In order to maintain a smooth and organized schedule for all our clients, we have implemented a cancellation policy that applies to appointments that are canceled without sufficient notice. Please read our policy below:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes.

Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or result in a no-show will be subject to a full charge of the reserved service. This charge helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot, as well as the potential loss of business for our technicians.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to do so with at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. In such cases, we will do our best to provide the full service within the remaining time. However, please note that arriving excessively late may result in a shortened or modified service.

We recognize that emergencies can arise, and we will take these situations into consideration when applying our cancellation policy. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you encounter an emergency.
